Zero to 100 is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. Zero to 100 will collect name, email address, phone number, and business industry. However, Zero to 100, may share some information collected on the site.

Zero to 100 will protect and maintain its customer’s/user’s electronic data collected via its secure website. Any personally identifiable information stored in this capacity will be kept by Zero to 100 for seven years before it is permanently deleted and destroyed. For those documents and pieces of information which are of a legal nature, the storage period before deletion and destruction will be 10 years.

Zero to 100 Order Policies


We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement using ground shipping. Ship times depend on location.

For bulk orders please allow more time for processing or contact us directly for more information.

Returns Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, place a Service Inquiry with our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to select the “Returns, Refunds or Replacements” subject line option. Please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and once we have received your return back at our facility you will be reimbursed. Please note, the original shipping charge and the cost associated with sending the item back to us will not be available for refund. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.

If your order arrives and you notice a shortage, damages or an error, you must report it within a maximum of 30 days from when the order was expected to be delivered. Be sure to select the Order Issue subject line option. Please include your order number, contact information, as well as a brief description of the issue. Should you be reporting damages, please include pictures of the damages along with the title(s) affected – we will be happy to assist you further.

Card Processing

Credit cards will be processed upon ordering by Beacon Payments. A 4% surcharge may be applied to cover processing fees.
