A community leader with over 15 years of financial and insurance experience, Andrew Chao serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Zero to 100.  He is an active member with leadership roles in two St. Louis community organizations and runs his own semi-captive insurance brokerage.  Andrew spent several years in Chicago for higher education – a double major in Art History and American Studies from Lake Forest College and a Certified Financial Planner (insert trademark (R in circle))  certification from DePaul University – before settling back in St. Louis with his wife Laura.  They have two sons and their free time, they enjoy spending time together outdoors and within their local community.
