Anya Overmann is a freelance writer and consultant with nearly a decade of experience writing content for people and organizations to connect with their target audiences. Having worked on hundreds of projects, she is highly regarded by clients and colleagues for her creative and effective writing skills. In addition to sitting on the Zero to 100™ Advisory Board, Anya is the Content Writer for Zero to 100™ and the ghostwriter behind the book. Anya also works with her partner Phil Gundry to create websites and marketing plans.
Anya’s mission in business and life is to call people to progressive action by using her voice through writing and speaking. She fulfills this mission mainly through volunteering in Humanist communities locally and globally.
Anya is the former President of Young Humanists International and works with a multitude of organizations both nationally and globally.
Anya is also a digital nomad. She works remotely and makes home wherever she goes in the world. Anya has lived in over ten countries and visited many more. Her time outside the US has significantly impacted the human she is today, including developing what she calls “clumsy bilingualism” in Spanish.
She enjoys exploring, political activism, and connecting with like-minded and like-hearted people in her free time. She also enjoys biking, disc golf, and sampling craft beer and cannabis.
Anya graduated a year early in 2014 with her BA in Public Communication and a minor in Piano Performance from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. She started her solo business in 2017, creating website content, blog content, email copy, other marketing content, and ghostwriting.
